Local Festivities

On September 19, 2010 the Kichwa Añangu Community celebrated its institution. As part of their festivities, the members of the community gathered together to share by means of traditional dances, cuisine; their ancestral culture with their children, members of other communities and passengers that where on a tour during that weekend.

An aerostatic balloon was elevated on this date; from where the unique and biodiversity area could be seen at its highest expression. This is a project that the community is considering to implement as part of the tours offered at Napo Wildlife Center.

International Tourism Events

Napo Wildlife Center was present for four consecutive years in the Travel Mart Latin America celebrated last September in Lima, Peru. It was a very important event to meet with new customers as well as to strengthen relations with different international companies that do business with Napo Wildlife Center through the different distribution channels.
